Squirrelwood Accepting Applications for Affordable Rental Units

Rendering of new construction

Applications are being accepted for 17 new and updated affordable apartments at the Squirrelwood project, which will be filled through a lottery process.  The building is located in The Port, near Central Square. Both the renovated and newly constructed apartments offer affordable rents for spacious units and contemporary features. Additionally, the community offers central or in-unit laundry, outdoor seating areas, secure controlled access to buildings, and professional management.

Rental applications to be considered for the lottery will be accepted until Friday, June 11th at 3:00 pm.

Informational meetings will be held on Zoom from 6:00-8:00 pm on April 20th and May 25th.
