2022 Sidewalk Poetry Contest. Five winning poems will be imprinted in Cambridge sidewalks. Cambridge residents of any age are invited to submit one poem of their own work to the city's Sidewalk Poetry Contest. Submit: Cambridgema.gov/sidewalkpoetry

The City of Cambridge is seeking poems for its 2022 Sidewalk Poetry Contest. Five winning poems will be imprinted into the fresh concrete of new sidewalks around the city beginning this fall.

Cambridge residents of any age are invited to submit one poem of their own work to the City's seventh annual Sidewalk Poetry Contest beginning Feb. 9, 2022. Deadline: Monday, March 14, 2022, at 5 p.m. It’s free to apply.

Sidewalk Poetry is a partnership of the Department of Public Works, Cambridge Arts and the Cambridge Public Library.
