Celebrate New Pemberton Street Mural Oct. 19

Join us for the unveiling of the new, community-inspired mural along Pemberton Street, on the retaining wall at Rindge Field between Haskell Street and Yerxa Road, on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Free.

We'll have live music, food, flower bulb planting, a roller skating performance, and street play equipment.

The Pemberton Street Mural was designed by Cambridge artist Whitney Van Praagh in collaboration with Alex Adamo and Kit Collins, with additional artistic contributions from many local residents and Cambridge youth. The mural was funded through the City of Cambridge Participatory Budgeting Process and supported by Cambridge Arts.
