Applications are still being accepted for fifteen rental units that are affordable to middle-income households. Although the deadline for entry in the lottery has passed, any applications received after the deadline will be considered in chronological order, after applications submitted for the lottery. These units are located in a newly constructed, 91 unit mixed-income building in East Cambridge/Kendall Square. Units are available to income and asset eligible households.
