Due to the large amount of snow over the last month, there are several items of concern businesses, apartment buildings and home owners should make certain to check and have properly cleared of snow and ice. These items are essential to the overall safety of buildings and their occupants and should be cleared as soon as possible. They include pedestrian accesses, emergency exits, fire department sprinkler connections, Master Boxes, gas and electric meters, heating ventilation systems and overburdened roofs.
