caution sign The information on this page may be outdated as it was published 1 year ago.

The EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) freshman members of the MIT Ambulance stopped by the Lafayette Square fire house on Friday, August 26 for their annual familiarization tour. The group showed much interest and commitment to Emergency Medical Services. They had a great demonstration of engine, truck, and squad tools, equipment, and procedures.

The MIT Ambulance responds to EMS calls on the MIT campus and works with Cambridge Fire companies providing EMS.

Thank you to the members of Engine 2, Ladder 3, & Squad 2 for the hospitality. Group 1 was on duty.
