Dive Rescue Training

The Cambridge Fire Dive Rescue Team trains monthly in hands-on exercises in order to maintain the high-standard skills required. Skills include search pattern review, diver accountability, ICS & tracking, communications, equipment maintenance, and much more. Safety of members is always a priority.

Each group trains monthly - in the warm weather as well as in the cold, icy weather.

The Cambridge Fire Dive Rescue Team works in the waters of Cambridge including Fresh Pond and the Charles River and is available for mutual aid response to water emergencies in the Metro Boston region.

This exercise shows groups 2 & 4 participating in the hands-on review at Fresh Pond on June 12th.
