Cambridge Shred Day

The Cambridge Consumers’ Council, in collaboration with the Cambridge Hoarding Coalition, Cambridge Council on Aging, and the Department of Public Works, is offering a free document shredding opportunity for Cambridge residents only Saturday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., in front of Cambridge City Hall, 795 Massachusetts Avenue, rain or shine.

Cambridge residents can securely dispose of personal and confidential paper documents. Documents will be destroyed on the spot in a highly advanced technical mobile shredding truck and sent for recycling. Limited drop-off parking will be available on Massachusetts Avenue and Bigelow Street.
