2010-2011 Snow Complaints and Tickets

In the 2010-2011 snow season, Public Works received 2,732 complaints regarding uncleared or icy sidewalks.  These locations were inspected and 1,221 tickets were issued.  The links below list the locations for all complaints received and tickets issued in Excel format.  A map showing all tickets issued during the 2010-2011 season is also provided.  Use the links below to view the different information available:
