The City of Cambridge is looking for volunteers to serve on the Black, Indigenous, People of Color-Owned (BIPOC) Business Advisory Committee for a two (2) year term. The goal of this group is to work with City staff to build policies and programs to better assist BIPOC-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.

Prior to any submittals the proponents must schedule and attend a meeting with the Commission Director to review the project scope of work and determine the appropriate submittal.

Stop by the Cambridge Police Department Community Room for Halloween treats on Halloween, October 31, 2024, from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Additionally, Cambridge Police Officers will be out in various areas of the city engaging with families in the community who are out trick or treating.

Responding Firefighters quickly Contained and Extinguished the fire

The fire was quickly contained and extinguished by responding firefighters

City of Cambridge Offices are closed in observance of Memorial Day May 27.

In a rapid, coordinated attack, firefighters contained & extinguished the fire. One 3rd floor resident was rescued over a ladder in heavy smoke conditions.
