Multifamily Energy Efficiency Workshop
Are you an owner or manager of a multi-family building in Cambridge? Hear about how your neighbors are saving thousands each year with energy efficiency upgrades. Come learn and connect with incentives for lighting upgrades, heating upgrades, insulation, solar, and energy management tools. Organized by the Cambridge Compact, Eversource, the City of Cambridge, and Homeowners' Rehab Inc.
Hydration Stations in Four Locations
Additional water fountains and bottle refill stations will help residents stay hydrated and reduce waste from plastic bottles! One of the new fountains will be designed to reflect Cambridge, like the artistic water fountain at Fresh Pond.
Cycle to the Source
Cycle to the Source is a 32-mile bike tour of the Cambridge Watershed. It is a chance to explore where your water comes from, how it is collected, and what steps are taken to ensure the city has clean drinking water.

Sewer Cleaning and Lining
The City's contractor, National Water Main, is performing "cured-in-place" pipelining around the City. this process provides a new, jointless sewer pipe connection that minimizes root and water infiltration problems, improves flow and provides for a more structurally sound pipe without the need for excavation.
