Fourth Traffic Impacts
The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of multiple temporary street closures throughout Fourth of July weekend due to several large community events. These include the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular, the Fourth of July Weekend Block Party and Vintage Market, and the US Army’s 250th Birthday celebration.

Rivermark / 808 Memorial Drive
808 Memorial Drive is a 300-unit apartment complex overlooking the Charles River. Over a period of seven years, residents worked together with Homeowners Rehab (HRI) and the Trust to acquire and renovate the property. HRI completed renovations in 1998 and this former “expiring use” property is now permanently affordable.
COVID- 19 Third Dose Approved for Certain Immunocompromised Individuals
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently approved an additional third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine for certain people who are immunocompromised due to a medical condition or because they are receiving medications or treatments that weaken their immune response.
Raymond Park
The City of Cambridge will renovate Raymond Park in Neighborhood Nine. The design and community engagement process will begin in early 2024, and construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
