Pop Up Recycle Center Event Wednesday, July 29
Join us for the fifth of ten neighborhood Pop-Up Recycle Center Events in 2026. By making collection easier and more accessible, DPW hopes to safely manage items prohibited in the trash.
Cambridge Senior Center
Located at 806 Massachusetts Ave., the Cambridge Senior Center offers programming, events, lunches, and recreational options to Cambridge residents age 60 and older.
Council on Aging Celebrates National Senior Center Month
Happy National Senior Center Month! This September, the Cambridge Council on Aging joins the National Council on Aging and hundreds of Senior Centers across the country in celebrating how Senior Centers support and empower older adults. This year’s theme is “Powering Possibilities: Flip the Script,” inviting us to challenge outdated perceptions of aging and acknowledge the dynamic role that Senior Centers play in fostering creativity, connection, purpose, and resilience in later life.
Youth Employment Center
The Youth Employment Center, located in Room 2101 in the Rindge building at CRLS Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, helps teens prepare their resume, practice interview skills, and find afterschool and summer jobs.
