Homeowners Rehab Inc rehabilitated 12 existing rental units at 95-97 Pine Street.

Located at 122 Mount Auburn Street the Chapman Arms Apartments, formerly known as the Craigie Arms, was purchased by Homeowners Rehab Inc. in 2011, preserving 25 affordable housing units. Major rehab was completed in Summer of 2014.

In 2009, the Cambridge Housing authority (CHA) through its Cambridge Affordable Housing Corporation (CAHC) purchased a 26-unit rental property in Porter Square, also known as 78-80 Porter Road, with the financial assistance from the Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust. Additional financing was used to significantly renovate the property and convert the mostly market-rate housing units into affordable housing rented out to income-eligible residents. In the process of updating and replacing old systems, the CHA was able to maintain and restore historically significant elements of the building.

Putnam Green development 40 units of affordable rental housing at 625 Putnam Avenue completed in 2012.

The project, managed by Homeowner's Rehab, Inc., is a 98-unit affordable housing development.

During 2013 Homeowners Rehab Inc. purchased the Putnam Square Apartments at 2 Mt Auburn Street, preserving 94 units of affordable housing for seniors and disabled individuals.
