Walden Square II is an affordable infill development being proposed by WinnCompanies, the owner of Walden Square Apartments, an existing 240-unit affordable development in North Cambridge.

Just A Start (JAS) is constructing 106 units of affordable housing on an underutilized parcel immediately adjacent to Danehy Park in Neighborhood Nine.

Boston Communities and Affordable Housing & Services Collaborative (AHSC) is proposing to create a new affordable housing development at 336-350 Rindge Avenue in North Cambridge.
