Our community has experienced many impacts and hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and has witnessed the resiliency and generosity of our city. In an effort to reflect on some of the most important events and milestones of the pandemic, we’ve created an interactive timeline to help remind us how far we’ve come.
Customizing phone accessibility settings (Main)
Learn how to make your smartphone (iPhone or Android) easier to use. Learn how to use different accessibility settings for vision, hearing and interacting with your smartphone. Design Guidelines and Area Plans
The Zoning Ordinance refers to urban design plans and guidelines that apply to certain parts of the city or to certain categories of development.
Neighborhood Engagement Program
Originally established in 1997 as the Neighborhood Sergeant Program, the Cambridge Police Neighborhood Engagement Program seeks to directly connect community members with the police supervisors who are the liaisons to their neighborhood.
Eviction Record Sealing
Beginning on May 5, 2025, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 239, Section 16, will allow individuals to seal their eviction records if they meet certain requirements. This means that residents may be able to remove their eviction record(s) from public view. This may make it easier to find housing in the future.
