The end of March marked five years since Mitchel Iviquel was last seen by her family, but despite all the time that has passed Cambridge Police are still working to locate her. An Army Veteran who had been deployed overseas, Iviquel was thought to be unhoused in the Central Square area at the time of her disappearance.

PARK SOUNDS 2026 brings free outdoor musical performances featuring local artists to the front lawn of the Cambridge Public Library Main Branch. These events are all-ages. The City of Cambridge is moving forward with safety upgrades on Main Street, building on the foundation laid by community outreach efforts in 2023 through the Main Street Safety Improvement Project. The 10-week instructional league is open to Cambridge youth in grades 3-6 and focuses on skills, team play, and sportsmanship.
