Commercial Parking Control Committee
What is the CPCC?
The five-member Cambridge Commercial Parking Control Committee (CPCC) reviews applications for new Commercial Parking Permits. The CPCC meets on an as-needed basis with meetings held at least biannually, based on submission applications for Commercial Parking Permits.
Members are expected to:
- Review and understand the City's policies, rules, and regulations related to Commercial Parking
- Understand issues related to the safety, sustainability, and accessibility of the City's transportation network and its operations

Parking and Transportation Demand Management (PTDM) Regulations

Commercial Parking TDM Plan
A Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan is required for commercial parking permit applications with 20 or more total parking spaces. Parking facilities along Flexible Parking Corridors can use this template to create a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan.
