CAMBRIDGE HISTORICAL COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

This meeting will be held online with remote participation. The public may participate via the Zoom webinar platform (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet, or computer. Public Hearings: Alterations to Designated Properties

Case 4869: Garden and Berkeley streets, by City of Cambridge. Install flexible delineator posts for bike lanes on Garden Street and a flashing beacon at the Garden/Waterhouse crosswalk; modify the sidewalk at the corner of Berkeley St. for an accessible parking space.

Case 4632: 57 JFK St., by Crimson Galeria LP, Raj Dhanda, Manager. Construct 4-story addition to the existing Crimson Galeria building. Approval in principle was granted in Sept. 2021, subject to returning for final approval.

Case 4819: Reed Hall, 99-3 Brattle St,, by Lesley University. (Continued from July 2022) Alter arcade to provide accessibility, remove fire escapes, alter areaways, replace windows, lightning protection at roof.

Case 4821: Burnham Hall, 99-2 Brattle St., by Lesley University. (Continued from July 2022) Add and alter dormers, infill brick openings, construct connector bridge to Reed Hall, remove fire escapes, alter egress stair, alter areaways, replace windows, add lightning protection at roof.

Case 4870: 20 Brattle St., by Harvard Collection, LLC c/o Regency Centers. Install a projecting sign for non-ground level tenants.

Case 4871: 95 Irving St., by Fox and Prince 86 LLC; IML 45, LLC. Demolish the garage and rear additions. Construct a new detached garage and rear addition. Renovate and restore exterior. Alter paving, construct pool, alter exterior lighting.
