Working Fire Box 45-463 on Thursday morning, April 25th

On the morning of April 25, 2024, a Working Fire, Box 45-463, was ordered for the fire in the large 4 story, brick & wood, apartment building at 20 Prescott Street. Firefighters quickly contained the fire to one apartment on floor 1, while checking for extension, ventilating smoke, and completing searches for possibly endangered residents. Four engines, 3 ladders, the rescue, & 3 squads worked at the fire.
One resident was evaluated for a non-life-threatening injury.
Time of the 1st alarm: 934 a.m.
On duty: group 1
