1. Continuation from January 19. 2017, to see if Nstar can use Pole 7, not 6. Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Reservoir Street – Southeasterly from Pole 581/6 approximately 125 feet south of Highland Street, thence turning northeasterly, a distance of about 187 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to 26 Reservoir Street (W.O. #2163483).

2. New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Appleton Street – Northeasterly from Pole 20/11 approximately 110 feet north of Highland Street, a distance of about 4 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to 29 Highland Street (W.O. #2187698).

3. Continuation from October 20, 2016. Comcast will refile after moratorium because they didn’t get common trench filed; continue to February for all paperwork to be done. Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: Main Street at Portland Street – From Level 3 MH2702 trench 4 feet westerly to proposed 3’X5’ Comcast Vault; continuing 325 feet westerly on Main Street to proposed 3’X5’ Comcast Vault; continuing 362 feet northerly on Portland Street to proposed 3’X5’ Comcast Vault over existing conduits.

4. Continuation from December 15, 2016. Still working on getting permission to use conduit. Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: Cardinal Medeiros Avenue –From Pole 687/2, trench 120 feet in the public way southeasterly to BLDG# 286 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

5. New Petition Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: 44 Bow Street – Build new vault over existing Comcast conduit on Plympton Street. Trench 7” westerly in the public way to property line of 44 Bow Street. Installing 1-3” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of brick sidewalk.

6. New Petition Lightower Fiber Networks, LLC, 80 Central Street, Boxborough, MA 01719, for the following: Massachusetts Avenue – Install approximately 6 feet of (1) 4” PVC conduit and other supporting and protecting equipment form Verizon MH#26/33 on Massachusetts Avenue at State Street easterly to proposed 17” X 30” Lightower handhole and continuing approximately 7 feet southerly to Eversource MH#566 on Massachusetts Avenue.

Mobilitie, LLC, 926B Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, for the following: Palermo Street and Willow Street – Attach equipment to an existing wooden utility pole in the right of way west of the Palermo Street and Willow Street intersection between Windsor Street and Willow Street, near the property line of 14 Palermo Street with electricity connection.
