1. Continuation from January 21, 2016. To get a better location of transformer on Allen Street; fencing and landscaping/screening. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Allen Street – Northwesterly from Pole 8/3, approximately 130 feet northeast of Massachusetts Avenue a distance of about 6 feet – conduit.

Beech Street – At and on southwesterly side of Orchard Street rebuild existing manhole-MHC1200 – 6 X 10 X 8 deep. This work is necessary to supply service to 1975 Massachusetts Avenue (W.O. #2065622).

This work is necessary to provide service to 1-3 Langdon Street (W.O. #2007368).

6. New Petition Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department, 344 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, for the following: Mt. Auburn Street – Install approximately 55 feet of traffic signal conduit across Mt. Auburn Street (near the intersection with Aberdeen Avenue) and within the sidewalks on the northeast and south side.

7. New Petition Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department, 344 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, for the following: Rindge Avenue – Install approximately 230 feet of 5 inch traffic signal conduit in the street and sidewalk abutting the Rindge Avenue and Clifton Street intersection.

8. New Petition Cambridge Traffic, Parking and Transportation Department, 344 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02139, for the following: Massachusetts Avenue – Install roughly 30 feet of conduit in the sidewalk on the southeast corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Walden Street intersection.

9. New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 201 Broadway – From existing sidewalk manhole, trench 123 feet easterly on Hampshire Street, then turning southerly 12 feet and install one 20”X30” sidewalk vault and 1-4” PVC conduit. From new SW vault, in the same trench, install 1-4” PVC conduit westerly approximately 25 feet ending at 201 Broadway. From new SW vault, continue trenching easterly 101 feet ending at 185 Broadway. This will include the removal and replacement of 3 sidewalk panel.

10. New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 640 Memorial Drive – From telephone Pole #3 at the corner of Brookline and Granite Street, build aerially 71 feet of strand and cable southerly, to pole with no # at the opposite corner of Brookline and Granite Street. Then trench 87 feet easterly in the public way, to the property line of 640 Memorial Drive, installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 3 sidewalk panels.

11. Continuation from September 17, 2015. XO Communications is waiting on Verizon for survey results. XO Communications, 13865 Sunrise Valley Drive, Herndon, VA 20171, for the following: Plympton Street – Place 1-4” conduit beginning at the existing Verizon Manhole 26/213 located at the intersection of Plympton Street and Mt. Auburn Street, thence running in a northeasterly direction along Plympton Street for approximately 219 feet, crossing Bow Street, to the existing Telephone Pole 4 on the easterly side of Plympton Street onto which a 4” galvanized steel riser will be installed.

12. Continuation from January 21, 2016. Waiting to see if Harvard wants to go in; need Verizon contracts. Crown Castle NG East LLC, 1220 Augusta Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77057, for the following: Banks Street – Extension of the fiber optic network beginning at the untagged pole at the intersection of Banks Street and Mt. Auburn Street approximately 81 feet in new conduit to Verizon Manhole 26/210.

Mt. Auburn Street – further extension in Verizon leased conduit from Manhole 26/210 to Verizon Manhole 26/212 approximately 488 feet then continuing on.

DeWolfe Street – in new conduit to Verizon Manhole 26/575 on Arrow Street approximately 264 feet, then continuing in Verizon leased conduit on.

Bow Street – and Mt. Auburn Street to Verizon Manhole 26/373 on JFK Street, approximately 1499 feet, then continuing in new conduit along JFK Street to the intersection of South Street 225 feet.

South Street – installation of equipment and pole top antenna on Pole 10.
