The Harvard Square Advisory Committee will meet on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the fourth floor meeting at 344 Broadway, Cambridge, Massachusetts, to discuss two Board of Zoning Appeal applications. The first case is for a Fast Order Food Establishment Special Permit at 57JFK Street, to operate a Tom’s BaoBao restaurant.  This request is pursuant to Sections 4.35 and 11.30 Fast Order Food Establishment and 10.40 Special Permit.  The second case is for a use variance at 2 Arrow Street to convert an empty office meeting space to a retail establishment in the Office 3 district in the Harvard Square Overlay District pursuant to Section 20.54.3 and 4.35 Retail Uses.
