License Commission General Hearing Agenda
Tuesday evening, January 19, 2016 at six o’clock

The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:



1. Application Thelonious Monkfish, Ltd. d/b/a Thelonious Monkfish, Jamme Chantler, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License and Entertainment License at 524-526 Massachusetts Avenue has applied to amend their closing hour from 11:00p.m. seven days per week to 1:00a.m. seven days per week.




2. Application Flat Top Johnny’s, Inc. d/b/a Flat Top Johnny’s, John Adams, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Restaurant License at One Kendall Square has applied for an Alteration of Premise Description. Current premise description is “Billiard room, lounge and kitchen. Patio. Increase of seating in lounge and patio.” Proposed premise description is “Approximately 4,407SF consisting of Billiard, Lounge, and Kitchen. Seasonal outdoor patio (approx. 225 SF) with seating for 24.




3. Application KH Foods, LLC d/b/a Kimchi Kitchen, Hyung Hee Park, Manager, has holder of a Common Victualer License at 847 Cambridge Street has applied to amend their opening hour from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.




4. Application Tyler Court Limited Partnership has applied for a Garage License at 35 Cottage Park Avenue for 10 parking spaces and 100 gallons of gasoline in the tanks of autos only.




5. Ratification The City Assessor’s Office has made several amendments to addresses in the city, some which affect locations that hold licenses issued by this Commission. This is to serve as a correction to the new recognized addresses. Marriott Hotel Services, Inc. d/b/a Cambridge Center Marriott, 2 Cambridge Center, will now be recognized as 50 Broadway; Dogma Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a Meadhall, at 4 Cambridge Center, will now be recognized as 90 Broadway; Legal Sea Foods, LLC d/b/a Legal Sea Foods, Clover Fast Food, Inc., and Bailey & Sage, LLC, 5 Cambridge Center, will now be recognized as 355 Main Street.




6. Application Residence Inn by Marriott, LLC d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott, holder of an Innholder All Alcoholic Beverages License at 6 Cambridge Center has applied to pledge said license to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company.



One Day Licenses to be Voted on:

1. Giada Mattern, on behalf of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has applied for a One-Day Wine and Malt License for a conference at 75 Amherst Street from February 1, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. to February 2, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.



Addendum for License Commission General Hearing:

1. Application Yusuf Yusuf is requesting a letter for Massport granting him permission to operate a livery vehicle at Logan Airport. 



 2.Acknowledgement        California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., 100 Cambridgeside Place, has surrendered their Common Victualer All Alcohol License and Entertainment License.
