2. The License Commission has received notice that The Massachusetts Lottery Commission intends to install Keno To Go monitors at Boston Convenience, 1 Leighton Street, Cambridge.




3. The License Commission has received a request from Commerce Bank & Trust Co. to transfer City of Cambridge Medallion No. 156 to Rhode Cab, Inc.




4. Matter continued from the February 23, 2016 agenda, consideration of the 2016 renewal of the used car dealer License No. UCD1002887 for Morgan Okundaye doing business as Noma Auto Sales at 2380 Massachusetts Avenue.




5. Discussion of whether the Commission, as a whole, should make a recommendation to the City Manager to put before the City Council the issue of adopting Chapter 481 of the Acts of 1993 (1/14/94), which would allow malt and wine common victuallers, after approval, to sell cordials and liqueurs.




6. Special [Noise] Variances pursuant to 8.16.090 – discussion of what the “publishing procedure” will be, as well as what the fee should be for the application and renewal.




7. Cambridge 1 Associates LT, d/b/a Cambridge 1 Associates LTD Partnership, 35 Cambridgepark Drive has filed a Waiver of Rehearing for Failure to Timely Renew their License.

10. Disciplinary Pursuant to G.L. c. 140, § 185C, as to Samantha Mitchell d/b/a New Age Astrology, holder of a Fortune Teller’s License at 10 Pleasant Street for alleged violations of fraudulently obtaining property from another in violation of G.L. c. 140, §§ 185C and 185I and c. 266, §§ 75 and 76.
