Interested in making healthier choices at the dinner table or with other aspects of your life?
Join us for Healthy Eating and Lifestyle Changes as we hope to explore the healthier options we have every day! 

The short interactive presentation will be done by MCPHS University students who are studying to become medical professionals.
Feel free to bring questions!
