Mid Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission

Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020, at 6:00PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

PLEASE NOTE: Due to statewide emergency actions limiting the size of public gatherings in response to COVID-19, this meeting will be held online with remote participation and will be closed to in-person attendance. Written comment is welcome up to 24 hours before the meeting and may be sent to histcomm@cambridgema.gov. The public will be given the opportunity to ask questions of fact and make public comment during the meeting. Case MC-6010: 1385 Cambridge Street, by Zach Weinman. Replicate upper cornice with copper.

Case MC-6009: 1 Myrtle Avenue, by Fan Wang. Construct 2 dormers, window wells, egress stair from second floor, and deck, and enclose porch; reconfigure roof, windows, and entrance; replace windows.
