Introduction to Theatre: Today we will begin to explore “Good People” by David Lindsay-Abair

David Lindsay-Abaire pays his respects to his old South Boston neighborhood with this tough and tender play about the insurmountable class divide between those who make it out of this blue-collar Irish neighborhood and those who find themselves left behind.

During our weekly class, we will read from the play, act out scenes, analyzing the characters and the plot, and discuss the historical events that provide the setting and the catalyst for the story.
