Meeting Notice: POSTPONED UNTIL FEB. 9TH
Avon Hill Neighborhood Conservation District Commission

The Commission will meet on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 5:30 PM in the basement conference room of the Lombardi Building, 831 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, to consider the following applications under Ch. 2.78, Article III of the Cambridge City Code and the order establishing the district:

AH-507: 13 Lancaster St., by 14 Eric Blumenson. Replace select windows.

AH-508: 49 Washington Ave., by Derek & Ellen Reisinger. Exterior repairs and renovations as per plans, including: replace deck, restore porch, replace missing railing, remove shed, change select windows and doors, alter side entry porch, remove parking pad, construct new driveway and garage.
