1. Continuation from March 17, 2016. Need to look for a new route. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: JFK Street – Northeasterly from MHC206 approximately 85 feet north of Mt. Auburn Street a distance of about 61 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide service to 18-28 JFK Street (W.O. #2106162).

2. Continuation from April 21, 2016. The Department of Public Works wants to obtain more information. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Banks Street – Easterly from Pole 48/22 approximately 110 feet south of Flagg Street a distance of about 8 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide power to 136 Banks Street (W.O. #2128956).

3. Continuation from April 21, 2016. The Department of Public Works wants the work done on Ash Street. This work is necessary to provide power to 9 Ash Street (W.O. #2117078).

Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following Harvard Street – At and easterly from Trowbridge Street from MHC1025 to MHC2500 thence continuing east a distance of about 136 feet – conduit.

Trowbridge Street – At and northerly from Harvard Street from MHC2263 to Pole 673/13 a distance of about 162 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide power to 367 Harvard Street (W.O #2087767).

6. Continuation from April 21, 2016. Still waiting to hear from planning board. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Massachusetts Avenue – Southeast from MHC222 approximately 170 feet northwest of Porter Road a distance of about 400 (+/-) feet – conduit. Install one (1) manhole – MHC29999.
Porter Road – At and southwesterly from Massachusetts Avenue a distance of about 190 (+/-) feet – conduit. Install one (1) manhole – MHC30000. This work is necessary to supply power to the Porter Square Hotel located at 1924 Massachusetts Avenue (W.O. #1999715).

7. New Petition Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: New Street – At and northerly from Bay State Road form MHC3382 a distance of about 715 total feet – conduit. Install two (2) new manholes – MHC30238 and MHC 30239. This work is necessary to supply power to 75 New Street (W.O. #209130),

8. Continuation from March 17, 2016. Still waiting for engineer’s drawings. Also need to know Cambridge Traffic Department schedule. Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 201 Broadway – From existing sidewalk manhole, trench 123 feet easterly on Hampshire Street, then turning southerly 12 feet and install one 20”X30” sidewalk vault and 1-4” PVC conduit. From new SW vault, in the same trench, install 1-4” PVC conduit westerly approximately 25 feet ending at 201 Broadway. From new SW vault, continue trenching easterly 101 feet ending at 185 Broadway. This will include the removal and replacement of 3 sidewalk panel.

Installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 15 sidewalk panels.

New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 35 Cambridgepark Drive – Place 1 new sidewalk vault over existing Comcast conduit in front of 35 Cambridgepark Drive. Continue northerly, 4 feet in the public way to the property line of 35 Cambridgepark Drive. Installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

12. New Petition Crown Castle NG East LLC, 1220 Augusta Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77057, for the following: Sidney Street – Extension of aerial fiber beginning at Pole 7 at the intersection of Allston Street and Sidney Street travelling southwesterly approximately 251 feet to utility Pole 635/46A on Sidney Street as well as the installation of telecommunications equipment and a pole top antenna on said utility Pole (N012). This pole is a substitute for a previously approved pole on Allston Street formerly known as N012 which is no longer usable due to the attachment of a primary riser.
