The Men’s Group will be forming a
“Fitness Brothers” Team!
Fitness Brothers is a program that is organized by The Cambridge Health Alliance’s Men’s Health League.
It is a community-based 10 week fitness program for men that is designed to promote healthy living through camaraderie.
We will be forming a team at the Council on Aging to participate in the upcoming session that the Men’s Health League will begin in November. Please join us for this meeting if you would like to be on the team or learn more about the program.

Men's Group Social Coffee Hour.
Please join us for coffee, conversation and light refreshments. This event is free for persons 60+.
