FEBRUARY 14, 2019, at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor, Cambridge, MA.  The following cases will be heard:

Variance: Demolish existing retail building and construct three (3) residential units within two (2) new wood framed structures on the lot, requiring a variance from dimensional requirements, distance separating buildings, front and side setbacks.
