2. Procedure and forms for one day alcohol and entertainment licenses – consideration of form applications for special one day alcoholic beverages licenses, special one day alcoholic beverages with entertainment licenses, and one day entertainment licenses.

1. Arlyn Depagter on behalf of MIT, has applied for a malt and wine license to be exercised at E62-262- Classroom, 50 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, on 2/01/16 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. for a P2P Kick-Off event. Expected attendance - 55 people.


2. Tom Tipton, has applied for a malt and wine with entertainment license to be exercised at Out of the Blue Gallery Too, 541 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, on 2/14/16 from 8:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. for Live Music and Poetry.  Expected attendance – 99 people.


3. Olivia Moseley on behalf of Harvard, has applied for a malt and wine license and vendor’s license selling HPT merchandise (programs, posters, etc.) to be exercised at Farkas Hall, 10-12 Holyoke Street, Cambridge, on 2/05/16 from 6:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. for the Man of the Year event. Expected attendance – 299 people.


4. Robert Fitzpatrick on behalf of Harvard, has applied for malt and wine license and vendor’s license selling HPT merchandise (programs, poster, etc.) to be exercised at Farkas Hall, 10-12 Holyoke Street, Cambridge, on 2/06/16 from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. for Strawberry Night. Expected attendance – 299 people.


5. Kevin Corrigan has applied for a malt and wine with entertainment license to be exercised at Capital One Café, 24 JFK Street, Cambridge, on 02/04/16 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. for a Private Reception for Grand Opening of Location including Solo acoustic guitar – vocal performer (background music). Expected attendance – 24 people.


ENTERTAINMENT LICENSES ONLY:

1. Courtney Klemens, has applied for an entertainment license to provide Live Band at E15-070 Media Lab Bartos Auditorium, 20 Ames Street, Cambridge, on 1/28/16 from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Expected attendance – 50 people.


2. Hasani Hayden, has applied for an entertainment license to provide a Comeback Kickback party at Student Organization Center at Hilles, 59 Shepard Street, Cambridge, on 1/29/16 from 10:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. Expected attendance – 300 people.


3. Kevin Corrigan has applied for an entertainment license to provide a Grand Opening celebration event including a four-piece band performance (guitar, sax, solo drum, bass guitar) 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; solo acoustic guitar – vocal performer 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Capital One Café, 24 JFK Street, Cambridge, on 2/06/16. Expected attendance – 24 people.

4. Caroline Walsh has applied for an entertainment license to provide a Theater Performance at W20 Sala de Puerto Rico, 84 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, on 1/29/16-2/6/16 from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Expected attendance – 90 people.
