1. Continuation from January 21, 2016. In order to get information requested. Nstar Electrical and Gas Company, 101 Linwood, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Allen Street – Northwesterly from Pole 8/3, approximately 130 feet northeast of Massachusetts Avenue a distance of about 6 feet – conduit.

Beech Street – At and on southwesterly side of Orchard Street rebuild existing manhole-MHC1200 – 6 X 10 X 8 deep. This work is necessary to supply service to 1975 Massachusetts Avenue (W.O. #2065622).

Porter Road – At and southwesterly from Massachusetts Avenue a distance of about 190 (+/-) feet – conduit. Install one (1) manhole – MHC30000. This work is necessary to supply power to the Porter Square Hotel located at 1924 Massachusetts Avenue (W.O. #1999715).

14. Continuation from March 17, 2016. Need to check with Dana Benjamin of Traffic, Parking and Transportation. Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 201 Broadway – From existing sidewalk manhole, trench 123 feet easterly on Hampshire Street, then turning southerly 12 feet and install one 20”X30” sidewalk vault and 1-4” PVC conduit. From new SW vault, in the same trench, install 1-4” PVC conduit westerly approximately 25 feet ending at 201 Broadway. From new SW vault, continue trenching easterly 101 feet ending at 185 Broadway. This will include the removal and replacement of 3 sidewalk panel.

15. Continuation from March 17, 2016. Lightower had trenched there. Need to approach them and see if they can go in the trench (inner duct). Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 640 Memorial Drive – From telephone Pole #3 at the corner of Brookline and Granite Street, build aerially 71 feet of strand and cable southerly, to pole with no # at the opposite corner of Brookline and Granite Street. Then trench 87 feet easterly in the public way, to the property line of 640 Memorial Drive, installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 3 sidewalk panels.

16. New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 87 New Street – From Pole 503/14, trench 308 feet easterly on New Street, ending at newly placed private property manhole at 87 New Street. This to relocate an existing joint, Comcast/Verizon duct bank currently in the sidewalk into New Street. Barletta will complete all work.

New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following 581 Massachusetts Avenue – Place new Comcast manhole over existing underground Comcast conduits at the intersection of Bishop Allen Drive and Essex Street. From new manhole, trench 98 feet southeasterly in the public way to the property line of 591 Massachusetts Avenue. Installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

New Petition Comcast, 55 Concord Street, North Reading, MA 01864, for the following: 324 Rindge Avenue – Place new 24”X35” Comcast vault over existing underground conduit in front of 324 Rindge Avenue. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel. This will be to service 324 Rindge Avenue.

This will include the removal and replacement of one sidewalk panel. All work to be performed by the property owner’s contractor.

New Petition Crown Castle NG East LLC, 1220 Augusta Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77057, for the following: Franklin Street – The installation of antennae and related telecommunications equipment on an existing utility pole located between 572 and 582 Franklin Street. This is a relation of equipment from and adjacent pole on Franklin Street pursuant to a request from the City Electrician.
