Quartet

“Quartet” another English film about classically trained singers who retire together in a home for artists, and then an Opera Diva joins them, who has old competitions with some of them and an ex-husband living there. 

Dustin Hoffman makes his confident directorial debut at age 75, directing a formidable ensemble stellar cast in this bittersweet tale of ageing opera singers.

Sweet, funny and rich. Good music.
