Special Permit:The Applicant proposes to modify its existing Wireless Telecommunications Facility by replacing 3 antennas with 3 like kind antennas on the building together with supporting equipment.  All three (3) proposed antennas will be facade mounted to the existing penthouse on the roof of the building, adjacent to the existing antennas and painted to match the existing building.  The Applicants proposal complies with Section 6409 of the Spectrum Act as the collocation of antennas is not a substantial change to the existing base station.  Moreover, the Applicants proposal complies with Section 4.32 and 10.40 of the Cambridge Zoning Code.
