1. New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Fern Street – Northwesterly side, approximately 40 feet north of Concord Avenue, relocate one (1) J.O. Pole – Pole 260/2 and install one (1) new anchor guy.

Fern Street – Northwesterly side, approximately 340 feet north of Concord Avenue, install one (1) new anchor guy at J.O. Pole 260/6. This work is necessary per request of the City of Cambridge (W.O. #2164349). .

2. New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Fern Street – Southerly from Pole 260/2 approximately 40 feet north of Concord Avenue a distance of about 12 feet – conduit. This work is necessary per request of the City of Cambridge (W.O. #2164349).

New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Reservoir Street – Southeasterly from Pole 581/6 approximately 125 feet south of Highland Street, thence turning northeasterly, a distance of about 187 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to 26 Reservoir Street (W.O. #2163483).

4. New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Rindge Avenue – Southwesterly from MHC2032T approximately 40 feet southeast of Clifton Street a distance of about 5 (+/-) feet – conduit.

Rindge Avenue – Southeasterly from MHC2032T approximately 40 feet southeast of Clifton Street a distance of about 5 (+/-) feet – conduit.

Rindge Avenue – Southerly from Pole 587/54, approximately 115 feet west of Clinton Street, a distance of about 7 (+/-) feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to 300 Rindge Avenue – Cambridge Housing Authority (W.O. #2076347).

5. Continuation from December 15, 2016, to see if there is a dedicated vault there; need to explore with Verizon. Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: Cardinal Medeiros Avenue –From Pole 687/2, trench 120 feet in the public way southeasterly to BLDG# 286 Cardinal Medeiros Avenue, installing 1-4” PVC conduit. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 sidewalk panel.

6. New Petition Comcast, 426 E. First Street, Boston, MA 02127, for the following: 665 Concord Avenue – Install new 3’X3’ manhole over existing conduit and trench 22 feet easterly in the public way/bicycle lane to property line of 665 Concord Avenue. This will include the removal and replacement of 1 ½ sidewalk panels.

Verizon Wireless, 118 Flanders Road, 3rd Floor, Westborough, MA 01581, for the following: Sheridan Street – Attachment of antenna and equipment to existing utility Pole 630/-2 on Sheridan Street.

Mobilitie, LLC, 926B Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, for the following: Palermo Street and Willow Street – Attach equipment to an existing wooden utility pole in the right of way west of the Palermo Street and Willow Street intersection between Windsor Street and Willow Street, near the property line of 14 Palermo Street with electricity connection.

11. Continuation from December 15, 2016. Need DCR permit and we need confirmation of it. Crown Castle NG East LLC, 1220 Augusta Drive, Suite 600, Houston, TX 77057, for the following: Edwin H. Land Boulevard – Place one (10 four (4) inch conduit beginning at the existing Eversource Manhole #2161 located in the median of Edwin H. Land Boulevard across from 239 First Street, thence proceeding in a southeasterly direction for approximately one hundred (100) feet, crossing the eastbound lanes of Edwin H. Land Boulevard, to a proposed electric cabinet to be installed next to an existing electrical cabinet at the intersection of Edwin H. Land Boulevard and Cambridge Parkway.
