The Board of Zoning Appeal will hold their continued cases meeting Thursday,

MARCH 10, 2016, at the Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., First Floor,

Cambridge, MA.  The following cases will be heard:

48 MAGAZINE STREET LLC

Variance: To construct a conforming addition to a nonconforming single family dwelling located in the rear of a lot containing two single family structures.  The proposed addition will increase the gross floor area of the structure by more than twenty-five percent since it first became nonconforming.
