Description
The Ordinance Committee will conduct a public hearing to discuss a zoning petition by the Sage Cannabis, Inc. to amend the Zoning Ordinance in Section 20.700 Medical Marijuana Overlay Districts by creating an additional Medical Marijuana Overlay District (MMD-3). The new MMD-3 District would be coterminous with the Business B-2 base zoning district on northerly side of Massachusetts Avenue between Dana and Ellery Streets. The amendment would also create a new section 20.705.1. This hearing to be televised.
