T-MOBILE NORTHEAST LLC – C/O RICARDO M. SOUSA, ESQ.

Special Permit:  To modify the existing wireless communications facility by collocating an additional four (4) new L700 panel antennas to be installed consistent with the existing antennas on the Building.  The facade mounted antennas will be painted to match the facade of the building.  Currently, there are eight (8) existing

T-Mobile Antennas located on the roof of the Building, and with this co-location there will be a total of twelve (12) T-Mobile Antennas.  The proposal complies with Section 6409 of the Middle Class Tax Relief Act as the collocation of antennas is not a substantial change to the existing base station.  Moreover, the proposal complies with Section 4.32 and 10.40 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance.
