The following is a proposed agenda containing the items that the Chairperson of the License Commission reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the hearing:


Disciplinary Clube Desportivo Faialense, Inc., Joe Santos, Manager, holder of an All Alcoholic Beverages Club License at 1121 Cambridge Street due to an investigation by the License Commission revealed that a nonmember of the club, without being escorted or introduced by a member, was able to gain entry and purchase an alcoholic beverage.

Application Bailey and Sage, LLC, Michael Kaplan, Manager, holder of a Common Victualer License at 5 Cambridge Center has applied for a new Wine & Malt Beverages License at said address. The current approved hours of operation are 7:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week with a seating capacity of 73. The proposed alcohol hours are 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application L.C.W. Associates, Inc. d/b/a Royal East, Daniel Wong, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 782 Main Street has applied for a Change of Corporate Officer/Director, Transfer of Stock, and Change of Manager to Evans Fu.

Application Continued from December 9, 2014, December 18, 2014, and January 29, 2015. Tom Tipton d/b/a Out of the Blue Too, has applied for an antique store license at 541 Massachusetts Avenue. Said license, if approved, will give permission to be a dealer in and keeper of a shop for the keeping, purchase, storage or sale of second hand furniture, bric-a-brac, art objects, paintings, jewelry, or antiques. Applicant is also applying for an Entertainment License to include: Light Show; Dancing Exhibition; Reading of Poetry and Other Works; Live Music with amplification; and Background Music.

Revocation Fi-Hi Pizza, Inc. d/b/a Hi-Fi Pizza, Francis Holland, Manager, holder of a Wine & Malt Beverages Restaurant License at 496 Massachusetts Avenue pursuant to M.G.L. c.138 §77- The licensing authorities may, after hearing or reasonable opportunity, cancel any license issued under this chapter if the licensee ceases to conduct the licensed business.
