Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: JFK Street – Northeasterly from MHC206 approximately 85 feet north of Mt. Auburn Street a distance of about 61 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide service to 18-28 JFK Street (W.O. #2106162).

2. Continuation from April 21, 2016. The Department of Public Works wants the work done on Ash Street. Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Acacia Street – Easterly from Pole 2/2 approximately 110 feet west of Ash Street a distance of about 73 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to provide power to 9 Ash Street (W.O. #2117078).

New Petition Nstar Electric Company, 101 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA 02143, for the following: Concord Avenue – At and southwesterly from Huron Avenue from MHC1632 a distance of about 6 feet – conduit. This work is necessary to supply power to a traffic light control box at Concord/Huron Avenue (W.O. #2142323).

4. New Petition Cambridge Department of Public Works, 147 Hampshire Street, Cambridge, MA 02139, for the following: Huron Avenue – On Huron Avenue both the northern and southern sides of the street, starting approximately 50 feet west of the intersection of Lakeview Avenue to approximately 50 feet west of the intersection of Fayerweather Street. Along this route 1,500 LF (1) 3-inch concrete encased PVC lighting conduit, (13) Lighting hand-holes, (12) light poles foundations, and (1) lighting controller cabinet foundation will be installed by Cambridge DPW’s contractor. Lighting infrastructure will then be turned over to the Cambridge Electric Department for installation of street lights, control cabinet and wiring.
At the intersection of Huron Avenue and Lakeview Avenue – Installation of approximately 200 linear feet of 3-inch type NM signal conduit, (2) 20-foot mast arms and foundations, (1) 10-foot signal post and foundation, (1) 8-foot signal post and foundation, (8) pedestrian signal indication with countdown timers, (8) APS Capable pedestrian pushbutton assemblies, (6) 3 section – 12 inch lens signal cabinet/foundation and (5) 12”X12” pull boxes.
At the intersection of Huron Avenue and Reservoir Avenue – Installation of approximately 210 linear feet of 3-inch type NM signal conduit, (1) 10-foot signal post and foundation, (6) remove and reset existing signal posts, (6) pre-cast signal post foundations, (8) APS Capable pedestrian push button assemblies and (4) remove and reset electric hand-holes

At the intersection of Huron Avenue and Concord Avenue – Installation of 270 linear feet (1) 3-inch type NM signal conduit, (1) 15-foot mast arm and foundation, (1) 20-foot mast arm and foundation, (4) 10-foot traffic signal post and foundation, (2) 8-foot pedestrian signal post and foundation, (8) pedestrian LEF signal head with countdown timer, (8) pedestrian tactile push button, (1) traffic controller cabinet and foundation, and (1) TS 2 type 2 signal controller “M” type box.

This pole is a substitute for a previously approved pole on Allston Street formerly known as N012 which is no longer usable due to the attachment of a primary riser.
