MALT & WINE LICENSES WITH OR WITHOUT ENTERTAINMENT:

1. Stephen Tracey-Ursprung on behalf of The Dance Complex, has applied for (23) malt and wine license to be exercised at The Dance Complex, 536 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, on 4/1/16-4/3/16; 4/8/16-4/9/16; 4/15/16-4/16/16; 4/29/16-4/30/16; 5/6/16-5/7/16; 5/13/16-5/15/16; 6/3/16-6/4/16; 6/10/16-6/11/16; 6/17/16-6/18/16; 6/24/16-6/26/16; from 6:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. for a Dance Performance/Reception. Expected attendance - 75 people.

3. Arlyn DePagter, has applied for a malt and wine license to be exercised at MIT Media Lab, 75 Amherst Street, Cambridge, on 05/27/16 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for a graduation. Expected attendance – 200 people.

4. Sung Kim, has applied for a malt and wine license to be exercised at MIT Museum, 265 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, on 04/19/16 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for a Reception and public event. Expected attendance – 150 people.

1. Lily Zhang, has applied for an entertainment license to provide (Performers/entertainers dancing, Recorded/live music, Amplification and Floor show) for a Banquet/Performance at MIT Walker Memorial, 142 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, on 04/01/16 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Expected attendance – 200 people.

1) Matter deferred from 3/8/16 and taken under advisement on 3/22/16: Transfer of the Innholder All Alcoholic Beverages License from K.W. Hotel Corp. d/b/a Hotel Tria, 220 Alewife Brook Parkway, to Tria Cambridge Concessions, LLC, d/b/a Best Western plus Hotel Tria.

2) Matter deferred from 3/22/16: Hyun Soo Kim, LLC d/b/a Gogi on the Block, application for a Vendor/Peddler License to operate a mobile food truck at 150 Cambridgepark Drive on Wednesdays from 11:00a.m. to 1:30p.m.

3) Reconsideration from matter heard 3/22/16: CCLLH, LLC d/b/a Courtyard Boston Cambridge, holder of an Innholders All Alcoholic Beverages License at 777 Memorial Drive, application to Change of Manager of Record from Robert Rosenblatt to Stanley Martin.

4) Matter deferred from 3/22/16: Life Alive Acquisition, LLC d/b/a Live Alive, 765 Massachusetts Avenue, application for a new Common Victualler License.

5) Matter taken under consideration on 3/22/16: Surya Binayak, Inc. d/b/a City Liquors, 620 Cambridge Street, alleged violations of Cambridge Municipal Code Noise Ordinance 8.16.060.

6)Clover Fast Food Inc., d/b/a Clover Fast Food, holder of a Malt  Beverages Common Victualler License at 7 Holyoke Street is requesting to transfer the Common Victualler License only, at this time, to 1326 Massachusetts Avenue.
