Trans Tea Time with Mo Katz-Christy (Valente)
Calling all trans and nonbinary herb lovers! Join us over a cup of herbal tea to discuss how we can work with plants to care for ourselves and each other. Trans herbalist Mo Katz-Christy will share some herbs and blends that can support communal care, and we will have time to gather and celebrate Transgender Awareness Week. Bring your favorite mug, your questions, and your trans pals!

New Park Pavilion
Add a new pavilion to a Cambridge public park to allow for outdoor, covered gatherings during all types of weather.
Hoyt Park
Russell E. Hoyt Park is the largest community park in the Riverside neighborhood. It's a place for everyone—whether you love playing sports, spending time with your dog, or just relaxing outdoors.
Costa Lopez Park
Costa Lopez Taylor Park is located on Charles Street in East Cambridge and includes a new "pocket park" space with community gardens created in 2008.
Maple Avenue Park
Maple Avenue Park is located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Marie Avenue in the Mid Cambridge neighborhood. Park renovations were completed in 2004.
Franklin Street Park
The award winning Franklin Street Park is located on the block between Hancock and Bay Streets in the Riverside neighborhood. Park renovations were completed in 2003.
Kingsley Park Improvements
Aims to improve pathway circulation and accessibility, drainage, historic value, discovery zones, and native species of Kingsley Park.
Raymond Park
The City of Cambridge will renovate Raymond Park in Neighborhood Nine. The design and community engagement process will begin in early 2024, and construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
Corcoran Park
The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is preparing to begin a comprehensive modernization of their existing Corcoran Park development in Strawberry Hill. The redevelopment of Corcoran Park is expected to involve the demolition and replacement of the existing outdated buildings, built in the early 1950s, with new, deeply affordable rental units that will be built to Passive House standards.
The CHA anticipates creating the revitalized Corcoran Park development under provisions of the Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO).
