The Community Development Department and the Cambridge Inspectional Services Department will host an info session about the City's new Cottage Food Operations Permit. This permit allows for select foods to be prepared in a residential kitchen and then sold to the public. Join us to learn more about what equipment is required in the residential kitchen as well as what kind of health and sanitary practices must be followed.
