This workshop is for small businesses who have a potentially difficult contract negotiation in the near future and would like some detailed advice. In this workshop, participants will get exposure to a variety of contract types, contract issues, and ways to navigate them. An attorney will facilitate the workshop and give advice about clauses to watch for, potential negotiating tips, and suggested language changes for their agreements. **Each participant will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so that everyone in the group can speak freely.
