The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comments on affordable housing, economic development, public services and other community development needs as they relate to low and moderate-income Cambridge residents. The FY2020 One-Year Action Plan is the third year of the FY2016-2020 Five-Year Consolidated Plan and is used to identify present and anticipated needs over the period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 related to CDBG, HOME, and ESG federal funding.
