This workshop provides an overview on legal issues that business owners and entrepreneurs should consider when starting and growing a business. Topics may include: different types of legal entities for businesses, contract considerations, intellectual property concerns, and more. Jessica Managanello of Cambridge’s own New Leaf Legal will be instructing the course so come with your questions.
