A draft version of the City’s Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) that is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by October 1, 2015 is available for review and comment. This draft details the programs and services offered by the City from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015 utilizing CDBG, HOME and ESG funds. All figures, performance outcomes and persons-served are tentative and/or incomplete pending further review.
