Thanks to an intensive and ongoing effort, the City of Cambridge is competing for the $5 million Georgetown University Energy Prize. As one of the many initiatives underway to help win the prize, Cambridge Energy Alliance is working with Next Step Living to help single family homes and residential buildings with 2 to 4 units reduce their energy use.

At the City Council Housing Committee meeting on March 19, attendees viewed a presentation summarizing the Incentive Zoning Nexus Study, followed by questions and comments. Discussion will continue at another Housing Committee meeting.
